Our Commitment to Quality

At Stefanfarms, our mission is to provide the highest quality produce possible. We are committed to integrity and fair value; our pricing is often competitive, but we don’t charge more than we would pay ourselves. Our goal is not to be the cheapest, but always to be the best.

If you are looking for large amounts of produce, there are options. 

But first — do not compare us to large international companies (that is not only not fair, but also not going to happen) or to prices from around the world, which are basically the same as the large, well-known international supply companies.

If things have been on a dock in CA, Jersey, Boston, or Mass — that is not local. Those prices are not from your local farmer there, either. 

This is not what you get here.

Local with us means that the name of the town where we grow it and the town where we sell it do not change. 

Local means a truck that threatens to fall apart and sings “Last Ride of the Day” — every day — can still do one more tomorrow, and the farmer could walk home if he had to.

That also means we keep it simple (but we aren’t simple).

Payments for all transactions are due at the time of pickup. No exceptions.

• If you ordered and do not pick up, we will not accept another order unless you pre-pay.
  
  

• If you decide not to pay for whatever reason at the time of pickup, the order will not leave with you, and we will also not accept another order unless you pre-pay.
  
  

• If we have other payment arrangements, all payments are due within 30 days at the latest. If this is a problem for any reason, you endanger your wholesale and/or preferred bulk pricing.
  

• Payment arrangements fall into the wholesale and established trust area. Until then, at pickup.
  

• After 30 days, we will charge late fees and interest.
  
  

1. Standard Bulk Sales

If you require large, one-time, or occasional orders, we offer Bulk Pricing. Usually, a really great price over retail pricing, and often enough on sale as well if there is abundance.

You’ll find current availability and pricing on our website.
If you are interested in things not listed, you may ask — but they might either not be available in large amounts, or not at bulk pricing.

If at all possible, we try to make it happen, sometimes with a discount depending on your overall order.

2. Preferred Bulk Status (Qualifying Tier)

This tier is for buyers who demonstrate serious, high-volume needs. This status is granted at our discretion and places you one step closer to full Wholesale Partnership, if you are interested.

• Minimum Volume: Orders must total $400.00 or more and include a minimum of 8–10 boxes or units of a single item.
  
  

• Situational Discount: A wholesale discount may be applied to one or more items (depending on current sales or bulk availability), or applied as a percentage/dollar discount on the entire bill. This discount is situational, not demandable, and is solely based on our current inventory, resource needs, and circumstances.
  

• Next Step: Successfully maintaining multiple consistent orders at this Preferred Bulk level throughout the season is the only pathway to achieving Wholesale Partner Tier pricing.
  
  

3. Wholesale Partner Tier (Earned Reward)

Wholesale Partner Tier pricing is reserved for proven, committed partners who have demonstrated consistent, high-volume purchasing habits over a full season. This is the highest tier of partnership we offer and is an earned reward, not an initial discount.

To be considered for the Wholesale Partner Tier, applicants must have successfully completed multiple qualifying orders at the Preferred Bulk Status (Section 2) volume in one season.

Wholesale Partners receive access to our dedicated wholesale price list and benefit from priority selection, available free samples, and extras.
