Kale, green

from $7.00

What is the difference between kale and Lacinato kale?

Lacinato Kale

It is also known as Tuscan kale or “dinosaur” kale because its bumpy leaves have a seemingly reptilian appearance. Flavor: More delicate with a slightly sweet nuttiness and less bitterness than curly-leaf kale. It needs to be used right away since it is fairly short-lived. This is why you don’t see it often in stores.
